Ask a new question. Hello, every time I try to install something on microsoft store it keeps giving me the happenedd response of, ‘something happened on our end’ and i keep getting the error code mentioned in the title. I have followed these steps below and none worked is there anything else i can try? First, try signing out of the Microsoft Store.

Click your Profile happenex at the top right, click your account then sign out. Restart http://replace.me/3909.txt computer, launch the Microsoft Store app, sign in again, then attempt downloading again.

Other things you can try Start hsppened running the Windows Store Wlndows troubleshooter. Also check if the Store works in another windows 10 download problems something happened account.

Your Antivirus might be interfering with the Store, try disabling it ‘temporarily’ to see if it launches. Check Windows Update and install the latest updates. Sometimes Microsoft releases infrastructure fixes for больше на странице Store through Windows Update. That means turning off Wi-Fi and disconnecting from a wired connection. If you don’t, Windows 10 will indicate some files are in use and cannot be modified or the command will be non-responsive.

Also, you should restart your computer after disconnecting from the Internet. When complete, hit Enter, then windows 10 download problems something happened, then try updating windwos.
Ask a new question. Win10 consistently fails to download and install onto my PC currently running Win7 since 30 Jul. From 30 Jul to 7 Aug Failed Code is detailed but I haven’t found what this precise code failure means. The download process hasn’t taken too long up until now. If I was a betting man then at the Preparing to Install phase after the download phase I am expecting another failed download with some code.

Welcome to Microsoft Community. Your interest in Windows 10 is much appreciated. You may try the below methods and then try to install Windows 10 through Windows updates. Open Command Prompt.

If the issue persists, I would have you run the DISM tool to check the system health and will try to restore the files. Click on ‘ Start ‘. Enter ‘Command prompt’ in the Search box. In the list of results, swipe down on or right-click Command prompt, and then tap or click ‘Run as administrator’. In the Administrator: Command Prompt window, type the following commands. Press the Enter key after each command:. Note: The tool might take minutes to finish running, so please do not cancel it.

If the issue still remains, try manually reset the Windows Updates Components once again and then reinitiate the Windows Update process. Please follow the below steps to reset the Windows Updates Components:. To do this, type the following commands at a command prompt.

Now rename the SoftwareDistribution and Catroot2 folder. You can do this by typing the following commands in the Command Prompt. Type the following commands in the Command Prompt for this. Type Exit in the Command Prompt to close it and then restart the computer. After restarting the computer, now retry to install Windows Updates. You may refer to the below link to download the ISO and install the Windows Also refer: How to: A list of things to do if Windows 10 Setup fails.

Keep us posted if you face any issues on windows in future. We will be glad to help you. Was this reply helpful? Yes No. Sorry this didn’t help.

Thanks for your feedback. Thanks Annu for your advice. But I have had other issues with Windows 10 as well e. Therefore, because I am having a few issues with Windows 10 I’ve re-installed Windows 7. I’ll consider Windows 10 again in a few months when the initial emergent issues from the ‘field testing’ to the mass public have been resolved through updates so that Windows 10 is a better product.

I’d have hit the “Me Too” button, but I do not get error codes. The window says it is cleaning up, then another comes up looking for updates. The update search takes forever so I close it, and the cleanup window is still running. I try to close it but it just keeps on running it is still running. I have to force a shut down of my CPU to get rid of the window. I have searched online for a solution but most of the results are for store apps fixes that I did not even get to.

I would try the solutions suggested by Annu Singh, but I’m afraid my limited knowledge of computer jargon makes the task about as easy as translating Latin to Greek. I would need to be walked through the processes as if I were a little kid. Threats include any threat of suicide, violence, or harm to another.
